Trading systems integrator Gold-i has launched a range of flexible options for retail brokers who require varying levels of IT support. The company estimates that 40% of its business will be made up of managed services by the end of next year. The new Gold-i options available are available in four levels of support, from second level support and out of hours cover for clients with their own in-house IT function through to an unlimited managed service aimed at larger brokers.
X Open Hub has added Multi Account Management (MAM) and Introducing Broker (IB) modules to its trading platform. MAM is designed to reduce the administrative overhead for clients. Money managers can make bulk trades with multiple instant allocation methodologies to sub-accounts and view their own trading accounts whilst simultaneously observing sub-accounts. The IB module consists of front and back office tools and enables clients to set personalised commissions for individual IBs calculated in real time. The IB can view their clients’ trades and subsequent rebates whilst having access multiple performance reports all delivered real time.
