Following its January upgrade, Internet-based currency options pricing system SuperDerivatives has been augmented further. The company says that the major change has been an increase in the speed of price calculation.
Other enhancements are an option to open secondary windows, to enable users to price more than one option at a time, and the introduction of a calendar spreads pricing capability, either at the same or at different strike prices. The site’s solvers, which enable users to construct zero-cost and similar strategies, have also been upgraded.
David Gershon, chief executive of SuperDerivatives, commented that these enhancements probably mark the end of the major development work for the FX options site, with future developments likely to involve tweaking in response to customer feedback.
