Oldcorn Joins BofA

Mark Oldcorn has been appointed managing director within Bank of America’s Financial Institutions Group, Corporate & Investment Banking (FIG CIB), for Europe. Based in London, he will report to Alberto Piedra, head of FIG CIB for Europe.

Oldcorn joins BofA from Goldman Sachs, where he was an executive director in the financing group, leading the European insurance debt capital markets effort for the last three years, prior to which he was a senior credit officer at Moody’s Investor Service and the lead analyst responsible for UK and European life insurance and fixed income mutual funds. He has also held roles at Bank of Boston and Fleet Bank.
