Her role encompasses responsibility for the firm’s infrastructure, operations, technology, compliance, legal, human resources, talent, business operational risk, financial crime and corporate facilities functions. Before joining Man Group in 2010, Grew held senior positions at Barclays Capital and prior to that at Lehman Brothers and LIFFE.

Rohal joins the Lumint advisory board after retiring from Man Investments US as executive chairman. Prior to his four years with Man, Rohal was a managing member of Makena Capital Management, an outsourced endowment management investment firm that was spun out of Stanford University, where he was also a member of the investment committee. Rohal has also worked as the managing director and chairman of the portfolio strategy committee at EGM Capital, was the global research director at Robertson Stephens, managing director and co-head of the technology research group at Alex Brown & Sons and served as a trustee for the mutual fund complex at RS Investments, an independent franchise of Victory Capital.

Yuzon is a Principal at Equilibrium, which manages sustainability-driven real asset investment strategies and products for institutional investors.
