Martin Spurr, global head of e-ventures at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, has been elected chairman of the board of FXall for a one-year term. Spurr has been on the board of FXall since inception. Spurr succeeds Loic Meinnel, global FX manager at BNP Paribas, who served in that capacity for the past year. The chairman's position is elected from amongst the group of shareholder bank members of FXall.
